Preconception Care Project
for Ethnic Communities in Foleshill.
"Preconception" care is care you receive before you get pregnant.
If you are thinking of having a baby, then it is very important to think about your own health. By making some changes to your lifestyle can prevent many future problems for yourself and your baby.
We are currently running FREE health care advisory sessions for women to support them before and during pregnancy. Topics covered include:

Benefits of Breastfeeding

Dangers of Smoking

Passive Smoking

Diabetes Advice

Parenting Practices
All women aged 17+ are welcome to come along to our dvisory sessions which we hold at various community and health venues across Foleshill.
Language support may be available in South Asian languages.
